  國內現在一般廠家生產的精密鋼管的長度為2000～12000mm，對定尺和倍盡（jìn）長度的規定為：精密鋼管定尺長度及倍尺總長度（dù）應在通常長度範圍內，當精密鋼管的長度≤5000mm時，全長允許偏差為（wéi）0～5mm；長度＞5000mm時，全長允（yǔn）許偏差為0～10mm，每個倍尺（chǐ）長度的（de）精密鋼管應留出的切口（kǒu）裕量為：外（wài）徑≤159mm時（shí），留出的切口裕量為5～10mm；當精（jīng）密鋼管的外徑＞mm時，留出的切口裕量為10～15mm。

  在對精密鋼管的外（wài）徑要求上（shàng），一般（bān）對精密鋼（gāng）管（guǎn）的（de）彎曲度應不大於（yú）3.0mm/m。外徑（jìng）大於16mm的精密鋼管全長彎曲度按上屈服強度Reh的不同，應符合以下規定：Reh≤500MPa，≤0.15%L；Reh＞500MPa，≤0.20%L。如果精密鋼管的供求雙方經過協議，每米彎曲度和全長彎曲度可采用其他的規定。

  不圓度方麵（miàn），精密鋼管的不圓度應不大於外徑公差的80%；當精密鋼管的壁厚不均，供（gòng）求雙方應（yīng）妥當協商。
