  冷軋無縫鋼管（GB3639-2000）是用於機械結構、液壓設備的尺寸精（jīng）度高和表麵光潔度（dù）好（hǎo）的冷拔或（huò）冷軋精密無縫管。冷（lěng）軋無縫鋼管（guǎn）除分一般鋼管、低中壓鍋爐鋼管、高壓鍋爐鋼管、合金鋼管、不鏽鋼管管、石油裂化管、其它鋼管外，還包括碳素（sù）薄壁鋼管、合金（jīn）薄壁鋼管、不鏽薄壁鋼管（guǎn）、異型鋼管。熱軋（zhá）無縫管（guǎn）外徑（jìng）一般大於32mm，壁（bì）厚2.5-75mm，冷軋無縫（féng）管處徑可（kě）以到6mm，壁厚可到0.25mm，薄壁管外徑可（kě）到5mm，壁厚小（xiǎo）於0.25mm，冷軋比熱軋尺寸精度高。

  1，從尺寸精度上麵看，冷（lěng）軋鋼（gāng）管的尺寸好（hǎo），精度高。

  2，從外觀上麵（miàn）看，冷（lěng）軋鋼管（guǎn）的表麵光亮，熱軋鋼管的表麵有明顯的氧化皮或紅鏽。

  3，從口徑尺寸上麵看，冷軋鋼管的口徑（jìng）比熱軋（zhá）鋼管的尺寸小（主要是機械不同，各有所專）

  4，從價格上麵（miàn）看，冷軋（zhá）鋼管比熱軋鋼管貴1000-2000一噸（千萬不可以貪便宜）

  5，從用途上麵（miàn）看，熱（rè）軋鋼管用在流體輸送（sòng），機（jī）械結構等對尺寸要求不高的場合，冷軋鋼管用在精密儀器，液壓係統，氣動（dòng）。。。等要求高的地方。熱（rè）軋無縫管外徑一般大於32mm，壁厚（hòu）2.5-75mm，熱軋鋼管是直接（jiē）從管坯加工而成型的，冷軋無縫鋼管外徑可（kě）以到6mm，壁厚可到0.25mm，薄壁管外徑可到5mm壁厚小於0.25mm，冷軋比熱軋尺寸精度高。冷軋（zhá）是圓鋼經過穿孔冷卻（què）之後進（jìn）行冷（lěng）加工（gōng）製成標準尺寸的鋼（gāng）管而熱軋（zhá）是圓鋼穿孔後在沒有冷卻之前就軋製成標準的尺寸。
